RSCM exists to encourage and improve the standard of music in churches.

It arranges local festivals and music schools on the Diocese, and administers the Bishop's and Dean's Awards for Choristers.

An annual Choral Festival is held in the Cathedral, which is open to all choirs and singers in the Diocese and will take place this year on Sunday 17th June 2012 at Norwich Cathedral.

The local Area Committee arranges a full programme of events each year, details are available from this website or via the Area Secretary.
